Our modern facility is specially designed from the stage of grape delivery to wine bottling. The productive capacity of our winery is close to 2,000 tonnes annually since it boasts a fully modernized range of equipment and machinery. More specifically, the pneumatic press, the heat exchangers, the filters and the 50 stainless tanks of different sizes (cold stabilization tanks, primary fermentation vessels, destemmers-crushers for red wine production) guarantee the creation of quality wines such as Agiorgitiko Nemea, Moschofilero Mantineia as well as MELOINOS white, rose, red.
The wine-bottling area is specially equipped with cutting-edge technology, which is capable of producing 2,000 bottles per hour under the supervision of the best-qualified human resource. Our winery meets all hygiene and safety requirements of the System of Food Management and Safety, and is accredited in accordance with the standard ISO 22000:2005.
